Your free month of service covers the value of your plan, up to $150. If your plan total is more than that, the balance can be paid with a credit card. If your plan total is less than that, you can’t carry over any remaining credit.
Can I use my free month for a group plan?
Yes! Whatever your plan total comes to at the time of activation, you can apply up to $150 of free service credit for your first month. If you add lines mid-month or purchase additional Data Packs, you’ll need to cover the cost on your own.
I have more questions. Who can help me?

Standard referral program rules apply. To receive the offer credit, your referrals must activate their Reach service before July 31, 2019. Referral's free month of service applies to the plan they select upon signing up for Reach service. It does not apply to any mid-month changes, add-ons, or adjustments made after activation during the first month. For example, any additional charges such as adding lines or purchasing data packs will be at the subscriber's expense. The free month of service can only be applied to the first month of service and may not be transferred or delayed.
Referrer will receive free month credit after referral activates Reach service. Credit will be applied to the next invoicing cycle. A maximum allowed credit limit of $150/referral/month will be enforced. For example, if your monthly service bill is $200, we will credit you for the maximum $150, leaving you responsible for paying the remainder. However, if your monthly service bill is $65, you would qualify for a $65 credit, the remainder of the maximum $150 credit would not roll over. Referral credits cannot be combined; any additional referrals activated will credit the subsequent month free.
